Dr Behruz Jamshidi

Dr Jamshidi graduated from the University of Qld in 2002. Over the past 20 years he has worked in a significant number of hospitals across QLD and NSW, which has provided him with extensive exposure to a variety of procedures and patient population. He specialises in breast/endocrine, obstetric, gynaecological, maxillofacial, plastics and cosmetics anaesthesia.

Initially combining ICU with his anaesthetic training, he has gained vital skills that have led him to exceptional patient care and knowledge of chronic conditions, allowing him to improve his peri-operative skills.

Dr Jamshidi has also worked as a Life Flight Doctor, treating a variety of patients from trauma to interhospital transfers. Allowing him to be able to work independently and problem solve on the go.
His ability to calm his patients proves to be one of his appreciated skills, alongside his drive to enhance patient satisfaction, specifically for those who have suffered negative past experiences with anaesthesia.

His delivery of high standard of care is evident in his involvement and guidance in the management of Brisbane Day Hospital. With his dedication for his staff and patients, he has been able to slowly grow a small business with limited capabilities, to a much more robust health care facility, never wavering from his core of patient-centred care.

In his spare time, Dr Jamshidi enjoys spending time with his family, playing soccer, and experiencing the wonders of the Coast.
